Coronavirus (COVID-19) – Customer Information
First, we would like to thank our wonderful clients, who have been so supportive, generous and understanding in these difficult and unprecedented times.
Due to the evolving COVID-19 global pandemic, Lords Safaris has restructured our cancellation policy with flexible and necessary changes to our trips and to the booking conditions that apply to those trips, effective immediately.
For existing bookings scheduled to depart in the 2020 season the following conditions apply:
Alternative Arrangements by Lords Safaris
We are regularly adapting our policies to the rapidly-evolving COVID-19 situation and Australian Federal Government travel restrictions. We may be able to operate some tours in August, September and October 2020 for domestic travelers. If you booked a tour for the 2020 season that is unable to go ahead, we can immediately reschedule your booking to dates in the 2021 season or will issue a credit so that you can rebook your tour with us at a later date.
Cancellations by You
You may reschedule your booking for an alternative departure date at no cost. However, for guests wishing to cancel their booking and receive a refund, we thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. We are working closely with government agencies to ensure we can best serve our clients while supporting our staff, tourism partners and communities. As such, we will look to issue any required refunds in April-June 2021.
