Conditions: We advise that all activities do carry a degree of risk and that by participation in the activity provided by the operator you are expressly assuming those risks personally and are releasing the Operator and its officers and employees from any liability, claims, losses, damages or expenses caused by anything even included but not limited to personal injury or death, property loss or damage acts which may be construed as negligent or accidental any other loss, damage, suffering emotional or nervous disorder.
In participating in the activity I, the passenger, agree to the conditions set out as above and consent to the conditions in clauses 1 (a) to 1 (d) below and 3 to 4.
- I agree that my successors, executors, administrators and next of kin are bound by these terms and conditions.
- I agree not to commence any litigation or proceeding in any country in relation to the risks and perils set out in B above and to indemnify the Operator against any such claims.
- I confirm that I am physically fit and suffer no medical condition which may be aggravated by this activity.
- I consent to receive medical treatment in the case of injury, accident or illness during the activity and to indemnify the Operator against in respect of this treatment.
The selling agent and or Operator accept no responsibility for any loss or additional expenses arising from changes, delays or cancellations of the services and activities by the Operator.
Cancellations the operator reserves the absolute right to cancel any service as a result of any unforeseen event or circumstances or acts of nature.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) – CUSTOMER INFORMATION
First, we would like to thank our wonderful clients, who have been so supportive, generous and understanding in these difficult and unprecedented times.
Due to the evolving COVID-19 global pandemic, Lords Safaris has restructured our cancellation policy with flexible and necessary changes to our trips and to the booking conditions that apply to those trips, effective immediately.
For existing bookings scheduled to depart in the 2020 season the following conditions apply:
Alternative Arrangements by Lords Safaris
Due to the global COVID-19 situation and Australian Federal Government travel restrictions we are unable to operate our scheduled tours for the 2020 season. We can immediately reschedule your booking to dates in the 2021 season or will issue a credit so that you can rebook your tour with us at a later date.
Cancellations by You
You may reschedule your booking for an alternative departure date at no cost. However, for guests wishing to cancel their booking and receive a refund, we thank you for your patience and understanding during this challenging time. We are working closely with government agencies to ensure we can best serve our clients while supporting our staff, tourism partners and communities.
